After, knowing that slumdog millionaire bags 8 oscars!
I was quite surprised because i sawed the movie.It was good.
But i personally feel that in BOLLYWOOD there are lots of movies that are better than SLUMDOG and deserves an oscar.Movies That are made in recent years like-A Wednesday,Taare Zameen Par,Lagaan,Swades, Chak De India,Munna bhai series and lots more....
All these movies are directed by our renouned indian directors.I am saying this because Slumdog is not directed by an indian director.So it means a foreign director can only buys a oscar for india??
An secondly, Slumdog's and our superb music director A.R. Rahman had sunged and writtened so better songs in his life but not even nominated for oscars.
In our history of cinema{BOLLYWOOD} there are so many movies made who really deserves a oscar but not even nominated!!
And a foreign directed indian movie got nominated and got 8 oscars.
I can just say movies like- Taare Zameen Par,A Wednesday....Oscar don't deserve them.
